SERVICES
I work as a storyteller, strategist, and weaver of living narratives—stories that are not only told but embodied: actions that transform our relationship with food, nature, and each other.
My work unfolds in three movements: creating new narratives, connecting communities, and transforming food systems.
Create New Narratives
Imagining and writing new stories to change the future.
- Narrative creation for movements, brands, projects, and products (e.g.: communication workshops for restaurants and food businesses such as Moxe, El Chato, and Quimbaya).
- Creative writing and reconnection workshops (Eating and Shaping the World).
- Writing, editing, and translating books, articles, guides, and content (e.g.: De Cero a Cuatromil Ochocientos, published articles).
Highlighted projects: Comiendo y Creando Mundo workshop | Guide writing | Book editing.
Connect and Activate Communities
Designing living spaces for encounter, dialogue, and collective action.
- Design and production of transformative events (Festival Futuro Coca, Food Design Festival, Karma Kitchen, Coca Talks).
- Facilitation of intercultural dialogues and collaborative platforms.
- Strategic alliances between communities, enterprises, and networks.
Highlighted projects: Futuro Coca | Coca Talks | Food Design Festival.
Transform Food Systems
Driving fairer, more vibrant, and regenerative models.
- Consulting on sustainable value chains, short supply circuits, and sustainability standards.
- Creation of fair-trade platforms connecting countryside and city (e.g.: Mucho Colombia, Venda y Aprenda, Mercados Ancestrales).
- Applied research in food, ecology, food culture, and sustainability.
Highlighted projects: Mucho Colombia | Venda y Aprenda | Investigaciones para CoFSA-PNUD | Turismo gastronómico para UK Pact
Experiences (Projects, portfolio)
Each experience is a living story that takes shape in new ways of relating to food, nature, and one another.
Festivals, platforms, workshops, and strategies that activate real change. Here are some highlights:
- Futuro Coca
A living platform transforming global narratives around cultivated coca (Erythroxylum coca and E. novogranatense), highlighting its cultural, ecological, scientific, gastronomic, and ancestral value. Futuro Coca drives an annual festival and intercultural dialogue spaces between Indigenous communities, scientists, artists, chefs, journalists, and entrepreneurs.
- Mucho Colombia
A rural-urban connection platform that researches, showcases, and commercializes Colombia’s vast food biodiversity. Mucho Colombia works with Indigenous, Afro-Colombian, and peasant communities, building long-term relationships that promote fair trade and cultural and ecological conservation.
- Eating and Shaping the World: Narrative Workshop
A writing and narrative exploration workshop that invites participants to rethink and activate new ways of relating to food, nature, and the future. Based on the Eating and Shaping the World guide, the workshop has been held at spaces such as the Oxford Farming Conference, adapted into both in-person and virtual formats.
- Coca Talks
An academic and cultural dialogue platform connecting ancestral knowledge of cultivated coca with scientific research, gastronomy, public policy, and the arts. Born within Futuro Coca, Coca Talks has grown into an autonomous space, hosting editions in Bogotá (with Universidad de los Andes – CESED), San Sebastián (with Basque Culinary Center), and Medellín (with Claustro Comfama).
Each edition fosters open dialogues and panels that are recorded and shared, building an accessible knowledge repository aimed at sparking new conversations on the future of coca, nature, and collective knowledge.
- Sustainability & Value Chain Consulting
(Fundación Alpina | E3 – UK PACT)
Strengthening sustainable food value chains through fair-trade schemes, territorial partnerships, and the development of regenerative gastronomic tourism and ecotourism. Connecting rural communities, biodiversity, and market strategies for more just and vibrant food systems.
- Food Design Festival (Communications & Partnerships)
Communications and partnerships strategy for an international festival exploring food innovation through design, creativity, and sustainability. Work focused on building bridges between researchers, chefs, designers, entrepreneurs, and organizations committed to transforming food from new perspectives.
- Venda y Aprenda
A training program for rural communities focused on strengthening fair-trade commercialization skills in short supply circuits. Venda y Aprenda supports urban market access with practical tools, strengthening local knowledge while promoting the value of food biodiversity.
- Publications & Articles
Writing, editing, and translation of books, articles, and guides specializing in gastronomy, sustainability, food culture, and biodiversity. Notable publications include the book De Cero a Cuatromil Ochocientos, the guide Eating and Shaping the World, and numerous articles in international media.
